Scam
This boutique is a scam. They are refusing to refund us for three dresses stating that we wore the dresses. The dresses were not used - only tried them on once and we are returning them because we needed a different size and they wouldn’t arrive in time. I suspect the items were returned previously and now we are stuck with dresses we can’t use. I would not recommend this boutique.

Do not buy from them
I loved beginning boutique and bought from them often until my last purchase. I ordered a dress and usps marked it as delivered but my apartment could not find it anywhere. I have been emailing them and they said they cant refund me or send me another because usps said it delivered when i dont have it. As a brand this should be their responsibility to fix what is likely a stolen package! They told me i can contact the police if i suspect it was stolen but I am not getting law enforcement involved over a dress. Very disappointed and won’t be buying from them again.

never on time
i ordered a dress for homecoming and it still hasn’t arrived i’ve been waiting for 10 days and nothing, now i couldn’t go to hoco because i had no dress.
Payment was so annoying
I was trying to pay and it made me put in a verification code like 10 times. Then it said it couldn’t be verified and wouldn’t let me try again so I had to use a different card. Other than that it’s fine and loads well but by the time it let me check out I was so irritated
