Still no Apple Pay ??
Very bad experience with the app and payment process as well. How come you still don’t have Apple Pay! You left me with PayPal and a broken credit card payment process.

If you want your shipments to permanently disappear, this is the app for you. My package was officially marked as delivered to their Sarasota warehouse by the carrier, but it never showed up in my dashboard. Worse, customer service is completely non-existent. No one answers the phone, and they ignore emails. Absolutely terrible service with zero accountability.

تطبيق سيء وخدمه فاشله
للأسف تطبيق وخدمة Shop & Ship سيئين جداً مقارنة بشركات الشحن الثانية. التأخير موجود حتى قبل أزمة الخليج الحالية، ودائماً هناك أعذار وتأخيرات غير منطقية. خدمة العملاء شبه معدومة، الواتساب ردود آلية، الاتصالات لا توصلك لموظف حقيقي، والإيميلات بطيئة ولا تعطي معلومات واضحة أو دقيقة عن الشحنات.
بالمقابل شركات مثل DHL وFedEx توفر خدمة عملاء حقيقية، تحديثات دقيقة أول بأول، وتتبع واضح مع مواعيد توصيل واقعية. أما هنا فالتأخير يمتد لأيام وأسابيع بدون شفافية أو دعم فعلي.
للأسف تجربة مخيبة جداً ولن أكررها.

Delays existed even before the current Gulf situation, and there are always excuses and unreasonable transit delays. Customer service is almost nonexistent — WhatsApp replies are automated, phone support does not connect you to a real agent, and emails are slow and provide unclear shipment information.
Meanwhile, companies like DHL and FedEx provide real customer support, accurate live tracking updates, and realistic delivery timelines. Here, delays continue for days and even weeks without transparency or proper support.

Avoid
This company is the most dishonest and inept company I’ve ever used. They lose your parcels, blame it on you. Even when you opt for the insurance. I’ve had items stolen from my shipments, been made to pay twice lost many shipments. The app really works. There’s no customer services. Pure lying scum. How can a business this bad exist?

functionally fine, UX is poor
different version throw up different issues. at time of writing there has been a never ending reminder about change of US address to constantly dismiss. we used to be able to name our incoming packages but that functionality was removed. invoice details once submitted cannot be viewed. basic stuff that should be done better. feels like it’s being developed without consulting the end user.

Too many pop up ads
I don’t know what’s wrong with this application, it used to be smooth to the point tracking, now each time I access it has a pop up da, from make a wish to some random thing, for someone tho pays a lot using this, it’s absolutely ridiculous

Frustrating app
Full of bugs even with latest update feb2026, can’t use it except tracking shipments on the list, the support item is locked for existing shipment numbers , otherwise it says info is missing and no alternative option. Another app from aramex is also has same frustrating experience. Hire better App developer

Absolutely avoid at all costs
I cannot begin to describe the horrid relationship I’ve had with aramex’s shop and ship. First off, the customer service? Literally doesn’t exist. They have never responded to the multiple emails and support I have sent. Not one. Second, this service, in Japan anyway, does not exist! They say they provide a service there, and there’s an address there for you, there’s not. I don’t know how many other countries they lie about, but ones enough to say it’s untrustworthy. And finally, I’m filing a claim through them now, after I finally sought legal action did they respond. But, it has taken more than 2 months for this to happen, and it’s still ongoing! So, avoid this at all costs. Aramex is such a horrid company

really bad customer service. they don’t reply to emails or help me out, and for this reason multiple of my packages were lost.

Not worth it anymore!!
S&S used to be one of the most affordable forwarding services, but now their prices have gone up while the quality of service has noticeably declined. Disappointing shift from value to cost.
App is good for tracking only
Use the app for tracking only, do not submit your support requests through the app, and use the email instead. I encountered an issue with my phone number as the one in the records was old. I submitted multiple requests on the app with no use. I emailed them and they asked to update my complete personal information which was not available on the app and I had to log into the website to be able to fill all of these information. app is only good for tracking your shipments. That’s it.

Always errors
Not user friendly, useless for support, you always find case closed without solution. Logs out all the time while using. Waste of time

After updating about a week ago, keep shutting down and do not work, delete it and reinstall it again but nothing

Terrible app, rarely works, can’t login half the time, sometimes you get in but nothing will load. paying does’t work half the time, takes forever to update the status of your packages. The actual staff are no better. Terrible app, awful company.
