No audio on app!
I have seen other reviewers mentioning no sound. I just noticed this issue a few weeks ago after the sound was working for me for months. What’s going on?

Tried three different devices and will not connect with any of the devices.

App asks for a Lemon in some of its interactive games but can’t find a “Lemon” existing amongst any online sales etc so will never be able to play those games

I wish you cold remove items since kid lost a couple of them now are the games useless ( on top the food scanner works just when ever and the band stoped working it’s just a overpriced product working half of the time
The sound doesn’t work
There is no sound from the app. Tried it on a couple of devices and same thing. Volume is up on phone but no sound.

Firmware will not update
Don’t waste your time. Box the thing back up now and get your money back. Setting the check out for Christmas morning, and the belt doesn’t work right out the box. Trying to update the firmware like the instructions tell you to, but the app has been stuck in “checking for update” for 45 minutes. Complete junk.

There is no sound when using the app.
The reason we purchased this toy was because of the app/toy interaction. I have followed all of the instructions to a tee and still no sound, which makes the app useless.

App seems like a great addition but there is no sound. It also takes away the sound from the machine if the app is connected. Frustrating because I now see the reviews after I purchased and it looks like this has been a problem for years that is still unsolved.

App won’t connect
The app just doesn’t connect anymore, had the toy 3 years and the app hasn’t worked. Can anyone help?
Use for updates only
This app makes the sound turn off on the scanner and then kids don’t understand what to do. We did use it for a firmware update, which was helpful, but now it has been deleted.
App is terrible
My son got this for Christmas 2019 and the app had no sound. Here we are January 2021 and still no sound on the app. Basically makes it useless since you can’t play some games in it without hearing what’s being said.
Disappointing app
When the app is in use there is no sound. You can see the carrot talking but no sound. I have updated firmware, updated my iPad iOS, updated the app, disconnected all other Bluetooth devices and still no sound. If I use another app I have sound. Very disappointing and no response back from little tikes.

Worst toy ever
First of all it takes along time to connect to the Bluetooth and then when it finally connects my son is only able to get about one or two items to scan. This was a waste of $160 dollars.
Absolutely no sound
Seems like it would be great fun. But there is no sound. I have disconnected and reconnected multiple times and the sound will not work whatsoever. It’s really upsetting because my daughter sees the screen on the box of the product and wants to play music and the games they are playing in the picture but she can’t because there’s no sound. Please advise. If the sound worked it would probably be 5 stars!

Won’t even put itself in french
No matter what I do, it won’t play in french. I know how to turn my Smart Checkout in french but it won’t do the change ! Changed the batteries, updated the app, done everything... still nothing works. Don’t know if it’s the app that is bad or the game. Very unhappy
