App is bad
I can’t search a single item on your app. It doesn’t matter what I typed in. It says we do not have this item.
Food coupons
There are very few coupons for food which is what most people predominantly buy at the grocery store.
Useless
The search bar is completely useless you type something in the search bar example American cheese and it’s says product could not be found.
Not what it used to be!
Shop and Save is not what it used to be….I shopped there regularly until these new owners took over! My favorite product was their homemade ham salad. Last time I bought it I took it home and threw it away, it was horrible. I always bought their lunch meat too, always fresh. They are changing brands and have

When I use the search bar, it comes up with nothing — while other stores’ apps show options and prices.

Seriously?
I downloaded this app, selected my preferred store and then searched for the term “Bologna.” The app told me there were no results for bologna. I then searched for the term “hotdog“ and was once again told there were no results for hotdog. Under these circumstances, can anyone seriously tell me a one star rating is not justified?

This is disgusting to try and navigate your website anymore. It used to be I could see a product and add it to my list. I cannot do that anymore! Why??

Unable to Login
Used this app all the time before but no longer. I can’t log in due to the fact that I have to use a mobile number. SURPRISE! Our account uses our house phone number as it’s in common between my husband and myself. As someone who works on mobile apps for a living, I’m appalled that there are no alternatives. Especially given an aging population who is gun shy about apps because of these very types of scenarios.

New app
I am not at all impressed with the new Shop ‘n Save app. It’s really disappointing. I loved the versatility and simplicity of the other app. In addition to locating the weekly ad, I could bring up a copy of my perks card, locate my fuel perks. Last week, at 3:00 AM on Thursday, the weekly ad wasn’t loaded. This app is a huge zero to me.

Store locator does not work
App cannot locate any stores within a 25 mile radius from me. I live in the chicago land area and its not registering a single store.
New app is AWFUL
You cannot work off of the ad to create the shopping list among other issues. It is awful why did you change it?

The shopping list on mobile is a nightmare. Why would you think making it smaller and less accesible better for the user?

HATE THE UPDATED APP
Who updated it to this garbage ?? Can’t do a darn thing with the app. Can’t look at the future week ads on Sunday like we previously could. Can’t easily access coupons and recipes NOTHING. This is complete trash ! Who’s the genius that signed off on this update ? Because they need to be bagging groceries at shop n save. At best. Do better you pencil pushers.

This is the worst! Works like a 6 year old designed the app. No ability to make shopping list, no preview of upcoming ad, cannot make the ad page larger. Will definitely shop here less
