Bonus money
I signed up through my niece and my brother signed up with me and I received a bonus for both. I didnโt know that I had to complete tasks to get the bonus money and it was showing on my account. I opened the app and ready to scan a receipt and noticed that the bonus money had disappeared. I contacted them about it and I was told unfortunately the time frame has lapsed and I have lost the money. I believe that an automated message should have been sent prior to the expiration date but nothing and I wasnโt offered anything to keep the bonus. IF I knew about these so called tasks I would have done them, but I didnโt and I said that to the person who was sending me the emails.
As there was nothing offered and perhaps they could have given me an extra month to complete the task and because nothing was I decided to close my account and delete it. I strongly recommend to close your account and I have asked them to stop sending me emails and yet I have received another one after I said stop, also if you have to do tasks to receive money then people have too much time on your hands

My mother a 77yo pensioner had a call from someone saying they were from Telstra and that her phone had a problem. They got her to install this app which automatically adds ApplePay to the payment method without asking or verifying.
She then had $300 taken from her account.
This needs to be black listed.
