App is terrible

Keeps hanging all the time
Service is good but the app keeps hanging and keeps crashing.
Generally works well
Reasonable delivery cost. Quality food so far.
Two small things:
1. The app logs me out frequently and I have to log in again. Also, log in with apple account is broken. It always tries to create a new account.
2. There is no estimated delivery window for standard shipping.

I’m very disappointed with how my order has been handled.
I placed the order yesterday evening expecting a timely delivery today, I contacted support and was assured that if I opted for expedited delivery (which I agreed to and was willing to pay $5.99 for), my order would arrive within an hour.
I specifically called again at 12:30 PM today and was clearly told that the order would be delivered within an hour. However, it is now 3PM and my order has still not been delivered.
This has significantly disrupted my plans, as I needed these groceries for a festival and had scheduled my puja and other activities accordingly. I have also tried reaching out again, but have not been able to get a response.

Terrible App and Customer Service
The company did not set up their app correctly. Charged us $5 for shipping. And then asked us pick up (which is 90 miles away) or to pay $20 for shipping. To cancel our order they would charge $10. They need to get their website and app set up correctly. Additionally when we drove to pick up the mango boxes, they were stored in the trunk of a car, and were already past their perfect ripeness.
