Disappointing
I am very disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order, completed the payment, and waited almost 4 hours, only to be told later that my location was too far for delivery.
If my address was outside the delivery area, the app should have informed me before accepting my order and payment. This caused a lot of unnecessary waiting and frustration.
I also faced multiple app issues, including being logged out repeatedly and being unable to remove items from my cart properly. Additionally, the phone call regarding my order was difficult to understand, and I had to ask for clarification several times.

Durham, Chapel Hill is out of our delivery area. Our intention is to support students who don't have cars, upon several requests from students, we started accepting orders and delivering.
Bad Vegetables
My last three experiences with instamandi vegetables and coconuts quality is worst and even after writing a email regarding the quality, they did not care to reply. Uninstalling!!

Super convenient and helpful app
Wonderful app with easy to use interface and excellent customer support. All the items in my order arrived perfectly packaged and fresh, and when i reached out to customer service for one missing item, they promptly responded and initiated refund for that item. Insta mandi team-you guys are rockstars, keep it up 🎉💯

Worst app
Dear Insta mandi. The app s worst. Hangs or refreshes on it s own. Logs out automatically. Doesn’t add to cart at times. Cant select time slot at times. Did u get it developed from a fresher? Service s gud though
