Missing items, poor order tracking

John Creek Location — Significant number of items advertised on the website as “available, in-stock” are missing at the time of picking the order. The order picker offers poor brand replacements. It seems this way they want to push out unknown brands to the customers who normally would not choose those items to purchase. Also, some items were replaced without asking and delivered. When sent an email to customer service about issues, they are not responsive at all.
