Missing items, poor order tracking
John Creek Location — Significant number of items advertised on the website as “available, in-stock” are missing at the time of picking the order. The order picker offers poor brand replacements. It seems this way they want to push out unknown brands to the customers who normally would not choose those items to purchase. Also, some items were replaced without asking and delivered. When sent an email to customer service about issues, they are not responsive at all.

Surprised by how much the app has improved.I used Ghar Bazaar a lot during Covid for home deliveries, but once things got back to normal, I stopped using it. I recently moved to a new area and needed some South Asian groceries delivered quickly—and decided to give it another try. Honestly, I was surprised by how much the app has improved. It’s way faster and easier to use now, and the delivery was smooth. Definitely handy if you’re short on time and need groceries at your doorstep.
