It’s not bad
I like most of it- but they always make me switch shops to clock out on the computer. I wish you could switch shops no matter if you’re clocked in or not.

Mediocre and buggy
Not very happy with how long shop monkey takes to “roll out 2.0”. The my hype a lot of stuff up then you never see it in action. Still very buggy. Sometimes can’t tag, sometimes it won’t save photos/notes, very hard to find work orders If the vehicle has a history already in the system.

Constantly booting me out, doesnt save information inputted… very buggy!
Might be good for a small shop with a couple techs at best.
Coming from a dealer and government environmental the programs available and used are far superior to this. The most pressing issue is that invoices, pricing and quantity can be changed at anytime including after the invoice is created which could easily lead to sticky fingers in a cash drawer. Additionally, there is absolutely no way to bill labor or parts internally for warranty or comeback repairs. Stay away from this software!
