Can’t Share
I have been using the paid version of this app for several years and chose it because I could share the list with my husband. A few months ago I was no longer able to share. ShopperLite has been unhelpful in resolving the situation even thought I’ve contacted them 4 or 4 times.
Data/Lists Gone, Twice
Like others mentioned, I’ve used this app for 8-10 years now. It spontaneously deleted all of my lists about 6 months ago. I contacted customer support and got no response. I set up an abbreviated set of lists to replace what was lost and this week all of my lists have disappeared again and are unrecoverable. I can not log in to the website, it lists an error message. A once very pleased user now I’m deleting the app and will be using something else.

Bait and switch!
They show this app as free but then they randomly delete your lists and tell you they’ll only restore them if you upgrade to Gold level -for a fee! That is extortion if not outright fraud! I’ve used this app for years without any problems and now my lists have been deleted twice! Outrageous!
Data Deleted Without Warning
The same as others have reported…I have used this app for groceries for probably 10 years. I used it as recently as a few days ago. But when I just opened it, all of my lists and other data have just completely disappeared without any warning. Reading others’ reviews, it’s disappointing to see that this isn’t just a glitch but an intentional move from the developers.

Lost Data
All of a sudden when I went to use the app, ALL my data and all my lists are GONE. Have sent a message to support but so far no response.

Diese App war in den letzten Jahren mein ständiger Begleiter beim einkaufen. Leider hat sich die Einkaufsliste im letzten Monat mehrfach gelöscht.

Don’t trust this app
I used it for years until yesterday when they deleted ALL my lists! I contacted them because I thought I had caused the crash. They informed me that they were holding my lists HOSTAGE AND COULD GET THEM BACK IF I PAID FOR THE GOLD PLAN. I never received notification this would be done (I check all my emails and junk mail files)even though they claimed they did. So now after many years, I have to find a new app! Shameful!

So disappointed
I have had this app for probably a decade. Loved it so much to able to put in prices, specific information like brands of products, and even your own notes, & stores multiple lists. All the features were great. As of yesterday, my account has mysteriously been deleted, and now all of the features that were available in the free app you now have to subscribe and pay for. The app no longer works to sign using Facebook, it errors. The app no longer works to try to recover your password, it errors.

No longer works
I have a gold membership, and loved this app! But a few months ago, all of a sudden, it just stopped working. I emailed support and they said they’d fix it… and just haven’t. Given there hasn’t been a new version in 3 years, I think they’ve just stopped doing anything with the app. Cancelling my membership and finding something else!

I have had this app for many years and enjoyed it. It’s worked well. I had it as a paid subscription so I didn’t have the ads. I’m not sure what happened with the programmers and support people as I renewed my subscription last month, but have yet to be able to get in and use that subscription. I have sent emails to support and received nothing in return. I can’t log in nor can I reset my password I would highly suggest don’t pay for the subscription and waste your money.

recently however I needed to renew my gold membership to continue using all of the features and I have no problem with this. at $8.99 for a year I thought it worth it. the app continuously fails to connect, and wont recognize my login credentials. after several attempts to contact customer support and receiving no response I feel I have no choice but to look for a new app. I am hoping that this review might garner some attention from customer support.
I have upgraded to the gold membership and I like many features of the app. However it is not easy to understand how to add thing’s like additional stores or lists.

Super disappointing « upgrade »
After happily using the free version for years, I upgraded to the paid version. Now I CANNOT:
*logon to my own lists or change any settings
*share lists
*get any response from customer support

Garbage support!
Used to be a great app that allowed sharing lists across multiple devices but that feature quit working. App hasn’t been updated in over 3 years. Tried downloading both the original Shopper as well as the Shopper Lite, can’t even make a new account. If the app doesn’t even work as advertised it should just be removed from the App Store!

Awesome Shopping App but I can't log in any more!
This app is the best shopping list app and I'd love to continue using it. However, for some reason I can not log in anymore. The first email to (usually very helpful) support was answered by saying that they would forward my problem to their dev team but thereafter nothing happened and subsequent emails have not been answered. I have a feeling that the app is dead. So sad!

Used for years but now they make you buy it
I have loved this app for years but just recently they changed it so it won’t link to other phones and now I can’t do anything without upgrading to the paid version. Very disappointing. Time to find a new app

This thing copies half a list from my iphone to my ipad. What pisses me off when i open shopper on my iphone again it copies half the list back. Very annoying. Not worse a $12 a yr subscription. Now i have to do half my list over again. Do u people ever update this thing?

I’ve seen a few revisions and upgrades cus I’ve been using it for a long time. I have everything on my grocery list recorded in this app now and only have to add an occasional new item. Better than 50% chance I just have to scan it...
