I Love our store in Waldorf, the people are great. I HATE that I have to download the app for savings! I used to just put in my phone number/s and now I have to use the app! I quit going to some grocery stores because of an app that I deleted because I don’t have the time or patience with them and now I have to play this game with Shoppers! It may be convenient and friendly but I’ll drive 15 minutes farther to an equally friendly and great store because of NO APP!

Coupon clipping is tedious
There is a + button to add a coupon but it actually opens the coupon and then you add the savings. It can be a one step process but it’s been made longer by having to click, open, load, add coupon, close. Repeat for each coupon.
Attractive, but can’t search for a specific item
The ads and coupon features are nice, but there’s no place to shop for something you are looking for.

I’ve used the app for years, unfortunately most nearby locations have closed. If I do come across another in my travels, I always do. Good prices, and convenient to look at the circular. The pain is clipping coupons. I used to clip by tapping the plus sign. Now it selects the coupon, navigating to another screen, then I have to tap to add. Followed by having to going back to the main coupon list. Way too much to clip coupons.

Horrible App
This App is run through a platform configuration called SalesForce. The App does not recognize or accept updates from the user. I’ve made multiple attempts to change my password, phone number, and email address but to no avail, the App will not accept my changes. Because of this, I have not been able to use digital coupons for purchases. Very disappointed with my experience.
