Points expired too quickly
The app is ok, but the way the points work, not good. I have other brand points, as long as, I’m actively within one year, not point get expired. You may think making the points expire sooner would keep customers coming, nope, it’s actually discouraging to keep going.
Won’t Load
Shows splash screen saying it’s loading preferences but just gets stuck there so never get into the app. Tried reinstalling the app and it’s gets stuck in the same spot.

Password Reset Issue – Frustrating Experience
It’s ridiculous how Nando’s claims someone else is using my account, yet when I try to reset my password, it says it has to be at least 8 characters long — mine is 12! Makes no sense at all. Please fix this issue; it’s very frustrating.
