Points expired too quickly
The app is ok, but the way the points work, not good. I have other brand points, as long as, I’m actively within one year, not point get expired. You may think making the points expire sooner would keep customers coming, nope, it’s actually discouraging to keep going.
Won’t Load
Shows splash screen saying it’s loading preferences but just gets stuck there so never get into the app. Tried reinstalling the app and it’s gets stuck in the same spot.

Password Reset Issue – Frustrating Experience
It’s ridiculous how Nando’s claims someone else is using my account, yet when I try to reset my password, it says it has to be at least 8 characters long — mine is 12! Makes no sense at all. Please fix this issue; it’s very frustrating.

Reward point expiry
It seems the app is missing a critical component of letting the user know when and how many points expire within the 6 month mark. I have other apps with rewards and it tells me exactly when and how many points are expiring, making it easier to manage. Also, why are points expiring in 6 months? Not enough time to collect points for a decent reward unless you eat there at least once a month.

Stupid app, poorly designed
Pretty sure the location finder is broken. I live far from Nando’s and it doesn’t even allow me to search a store location. I cannot use any function if I don’t get pass the “favorite location” page. Therefore I can’t get any rewards and collect points. Just Deleted it

Rewards program nearly unusable
Rewards program was ruined by structural changes, on top of that every time I tried to redeem a reward in the app I was double charged. At the restaurant it would only let me redeem one item as the QR code wouldn’t reset after being scanned. Poorly designed with worse execution

Contacting Nando’s
Tried to contact Nando’s through their app and it only showed US locations and did not have the ability to select Canadian locations to submit issues with order. Very short-sighted programming, maybe they don’t care about locations outside of the United States or their customer experience.

App leaves me with an endless circle when I try to order ahead, and never gets to the order screen.

This app basically does nothing other than you can order online. No offers or deals whatsoever. So cheap. Why waste your space for an app that’s utterly useless.

The worst app
A multi-million-dollar company with an absolutely garbage app. Sat on the “Hold Tight” screen for 20 minutes. Checked for updates—none. Logged out and back in—still the same. After wasting 20 minutes, I gave up and placed an order elsewhere in under a minute. Shameful. Fix your app.
