Very few online receipts actually get accepted even though all the information required is on them. Also too many normal receipts lately are being rejected for the wrong reason and when challenged they also get rejected but they shouldn’t be.

All fine. Very efficient. Usually OK but there seem to be increasing problems with the website and I don’t keep receipts once photoed so it isn’t always possible to repeat them. It is unfair that you lose the bonus when it’s the site that is at fault-?

Love it!
Been using a good few years now, only a few times have receipts been rejected. A problem sometimes if online one rejected as cannot query it. Customer service has been prompt to respond when needed.

saying I’m on a waiting list? Any other app I’ve had, has never even had a waiting list, it feel like a scam and a waste of time if you u will just be sitting waiting for half a year and probably won’t even be able to use it! No app has a waiting list unless it’s a scam keep clear people
