Locked out of my account. No Support Available
I’ve been locked out of my account, since they updated the app on the app store. I’ve searched for app support, and it simply takes me to the site, where I’m supposed to figure it out from there. Can I get a developers responce?

I used a reward the other day I got a muscle milk and I only got one but I accidentally hit it twice and it took 400 extra points that I had and only got one do I get my rewards back

Lost points
I used 200 points last week which left me with 11; it was used for a bottle of Gatorade for my son. Since that day I have been to the TP location at 1906 Ambassador Caffery and use my number each time. Now, I have 0 points and I don’t know or understand how. I am very upset by this.
