But why?

Poorly designed app, feels slow/buggy and constantly crashing. Plus, full of garbage. There’s probably a grand total of five solid storefronts and everything else is fake supplements and overpriced junk.

So easy to use

i love shopping on this app because i can look at all my favorite stores and brands instead of having to hop into different apps to shop!

Half of the links don’t work

I thought it was just their website, so I downloaded the app. Search filters are limited. Then once you finally find something you like and click the link, it opens a blank page or errors out.

Can’t ship

Not sure what the inventory is like. But it doesn’t matter because the site refuses to believe my shipping address exists. Total waste of space.

Broken App

Cannot log into my account with the app. The reCaptcha “I’m not a robot” check never loads. I don’t understand why FedEx gets into a business segment where they clearly are out of their league.

Error

Recent and delivered orders won’t even show up. Just shows errors, almost like they want to deter you from returning…

Changed the way I online shop!

This app has made my life so much easier! Not only can I find new brands and get the best deals at my favorite stores, but I can also track all of my packages. It makes it so easy for me to organize all of my online shopping. I don’t know what I did before this app!

App not working

I have orders that have been delivered and the app isn’t showing this yet Can’t log in either. It’s a OOPS it’s us 🙄

Danger, app tracks you

This app will force you to opt in to tracking during setup. No option to skip. I deleted it immediately. Stay away unless you like your data monitored.

Awful

It has been a week since my order has been “on it’s way”, but it hasn’t even shipped yet and they have still not even given an estimated arrival date. This is the worst service I’ve ever had.

Scam!

So I was essentially forced to use shoprunner for an order or pay an exorbitant shipping fee. So I signed up and downloaded the app. They now want the ability to track your web activity and email traffic. Then if you are dumb enough to agree to that, the tracking information they give you DOESN’T EXIST according to UPS! They are merely out to aggregate data.

Need to have multiple emails

This app would be so much better if we could add multiple emails. I have like 3 and they are each linked w/ other apps so i can’t get all my shipping details using just 1 email.

Search function?

Is there an ability to search for an item and have it populate options from different stores/manufacturers? That would be a lot better experience than trying to go through each store’s site to find an item.

Awesome for hauls

I’m aways buying similar styles/more than one size from multiple retailers planning to only keep one or two items (like jeans or swim suits). This app helps me keep track of alllll of it so I never forget to rerun something I don’t want.
I can also quickly compare the cost of items i’m thinking about keeping which is super helpful.
