Order is marked delivered without being delivered by delivery agent. Even after following up on the issue multiple times, the order is not delivered and have not received the refund. The delivery agent did not pickup the call when called and marked the order as delivered. The customer service is the worst, they dont understand the issue and keep on saying the same thing again and again. Pathetic service and experience.

They are so careless ..as I ordered baby bedding set and they said order will deliver at 3 may and at that they delivery partner called and said you have to come collect your parcel at shopsy store because order is big so I can’t deliver at your home what is even point of online shopping and my address is there on my profile and then I texted on costumer care and they said call your delivery partner once to ask if he is coming or not I called him and ask he said I will not come some other guy will come to deliver your parcel at your home I said when he said till 5..6pm but my order isn’t here yet he just making excuses it’s very irritating what is even pleasing him to deliver my parcel at time this so bad service

I’m facing some issue in this app.
I am facing an issue with the Shopsy app regarding payment options. I am unable to see or use the UPI payment mode while placing orders. This option is usually very convenient, so its absence is causing difficulty during checkout.
Could you please look into this issue and let me know why UPI is not available on my account or device? Also, kindly provide a solution so I can use UPI for payments.
