Worst app
Worst staff rota app I have ever ever used! Can’t begin to explain how terrible it is. Completely unreliable, logs me out the night before my shift, then tells me my email is invalid and won’t let me reset my password, then I have email and nothing has happened! Would not recommend for any jobs , shouldn’t be allowed to run.

Difficult to operate
It so difficult to use as the font size so small even with my glasses on struggle to read. Find it extremely unclear as to when shift are and also who in with me or even just to gather any information I may need. As a whole compared to Rotageek not user friendly at all.
Inconsistent app
The app often fails to show the staff member as having attended work, having upcoming shifts allocated on the rota and confusing holiday bookings as confirmed or cancelled. A reinstall and sign-in and out rarely helps as does a device restart. I have contacted tech support who to be fair have been very efficient at trying to address the issue. Also, rest assured that if you experience the same issue then you should still be paid as expected once you confirm the issue is relayed to your employers HR department.
