Been cancelled subscription and keep getting charged for the app and I don’t have access to it. They keep charging me. I need my money back. Ever since march. Every time I get money they taken a payment. I don’t even have access to the app anymore.

I haven’t subscribed anything and still they charged me 19.99£ and I couldn’t find any option to unsubscribe it. If anyone know how to unsubscribe please let me know.

Why can’t I cancel? It says to cancel through iOS but there is no subscriptions listed I can’t cancel. I signed up through a web sight. Stop trying to charge me.

Certain movies don’t load

I reached out to support to let them know that certain movies won’t load. I have deleted the app and reloaded to see if that would help. I paid the subscription fee to get one particular shot and have not been able to load it. A couple others will do similar so it’s rather frustrating to
Pay for something and not be able to watch. Canceling.

Highly variable from really great to so so

They have occasional movies that are among the very best but lots of their movies are very short novelty pieces of medium quality or things with acting or cinematography not that great. They do not have tons of material but they are worth a brief experience for the fraction of their stuff that is really good. Be careful since other reviewers have warned of difficulties getting out of your subscription, but if you can subscribe briefly to see the good stuff then get out again, there is a bit of quality to be had if you are willing to wade through lots of so so stuff.

I had to block them from my bank account! There’s no way to cancel them! I’ve read other reviews on here and I’ve tried them all! There are know signs of a subscription on my Apple ID but is still trying to hit my card.

This App Deserves Negative Stars and does not deserve to be out of business!!!Shorten requires you to watch countless ads which the viewer does not get credit for the advertisements watch !!! SCAMMERS !!!
