Once you subscribe to them it is very hard to cancel anything I’ve been trying to contact them to cancel it for weeks and have heard nothing from them other people have had to cancel their card just to stop them from getting charged

Do not subscribe to watch the videos because when it’s time for you to unsubscribe. Unsubscribing is hard as hell. You will think that you unsubscribe but the app will continue to charge your card every single week. Do not do it! Do not do it!

Not Worth It Either Way
App's not worth it either way.
If you choose not to pay:
- First few episodes are free
- BUT you have to watch 1-2 minute ads for a 1-2 minute episode
- Only 5 ads per day
- Sometimes ads don't even have an 'X' button no matter how long you wait, forcing you to exit the app and watch another ad even though you already did
- Episodes sometimes have flashbacks/repeated scenes, which makes it even LESS worth it
- Stuff popping up on your screen every few seconds offering subscriptions plans
If you want to pay:
- It's approx $3.5CAD/day, $20CAD/week or $200CAD/year
- 100 coins costs approx $1CAD...and it costs ~50 coins to watch ONE episode, which again are like 1-2 minutes each. There's other deals ofc but crazy that this is an option
Arrogant for the devs of this app to think their AI generated stories brimming with clichés and overused tropes should cost around the same or more as other big streaming platforms with real actors :-(
If you love AI movies and got lots of money to spare, ig this app's for you. But for most people including me, this isn't worth it at all.

DO NOT PAY FOR SUBSCRIPTION
If you purchase a subscription they will continue to charge you after cancelling on the App Store. They also charge more than once in a week. I’ve had $60 taken out this week alone. They provide an email that they don’t respond to. I am now disputing with my bank since they can’t seem to help.

Terrible at canceling service
I was enjoying this service for ShortMax for a while but when I had to cancelled the subscription service they will still try to charge you for it. When I contacted the customer service they keep saying they will work on it then next moment say they can’t find my UID# which is your membership id number. Be mindful of this because you will be charged multiple times even after you have cancelled.
UPDATE:
The customer service is a joke! I have contacted them and they are automated replies back. Even when you select to cancel your subscription they still charge your account. They will NOT stop charging your account!

Some advertised dramas are not even available on the application. Why advertise them still if they don't exist anywhere? Otherwise, reliable.
