Fraudulent Charge
I have two charges one is correct and the other is a fraud . No way to contact them or resolve the problem.
Do not buy
ShortMax is the nastiest most fraudulent app there is. They keep charging me even tho I tried cancelling my subscriptions. I even emailed and there was absolutely no help. They sent me automatic replies and wouldn’t even look at my email properly. I’ve sent them evidence of this and still the same automatic reply. I can’t even cancel in the app or online. They say sincere apologies and do nothing. I don’t even have access to the premium I’m paying for.
