No customer service
The Facebook login stopped working and after contacting customer service almost a week ago, I’ve gotten no reply.
Too expensive
Great Stories, but these type apps are too expensive. My hubby would be extremely unhappy with me if he saw $80.00 coming out of our account for an app like this! I love pocket FM because each day when I check in I get free episodes, and I get the option of watching ads if I want to watch more episodes. I was getting that option with this app but now I am not so I am most likely to delete this app.

Negative rewards
The stories are ok. You have to watch an ad for each episode. Rewards are a joke. Today I had 25 points. I checked in for 10 points. My total points are now 2. Yes two. It happens all the time so it’s not just an occasional glitch. All the time. I would recommend going with a different app

It said on the add that you don’t need to pay and you can just use adds but you have to app after you watch 5 adds.

Unable To Cancel & I Keep Getting Charged the $19.99 I like the short dramas & considered paying for a whole year but if I can’t watch even though I am still being charged. I may have to report fraud on my debit card just to get them to stop charging me for content I can’t seem to access even though they keep charging me like it is acceptable when it is not ok.

Es wird mit verschiedenen Sprachen angeboten im AppStore bei dieser App, aber man kann weder Sprache noch Untertitel in einer anderen Sprache einstellen

I canceled my subscription with these people and I just got charged again from these people when I say I want my subscription ended I don’t wanna send money to you anymore especially $20 a week if I wanted to go any further than one week I would’ve gone a year and it would’ve cost me 92 maybe $120 you’re

There is no way to cancel and I don’t even know what is enrolled because there’s nothing that comes up under VIP but yes, it says the Apple Pay is linked. You call the number and it’s a message in French
