I love the short films and sucks you in. But it’s expensive. If it was 20 a month I’d do it as I’m sure everyone would. But 20 a week is a little extreme. That’s 80 a month to watch short films!

I had canceled app by accident and tried canceling weekly $17.99 payment, but unable to, so I emailed ShortsWave multiple times and have not heard back

After membership had expired, I continued to get billed.
I signed up for a weekly membership in May, and then canceled the membership in June. My account was listed as “membership has expired”, yet I discovered later that they continued to bill and receive the weekly membership fee.
I have sent emails requesting to be corrected, along with my money refunded, and have not received any responses.
My bank won’t reverse the charges, or refuse future membership fees being paid until I can show them proof this app has responded to my request.
I have emails, bank statements and timestamped screenshots proving my claims. I just love the screenshot of my account showing expired, then the next screenshot of my accounts “wallet” listing the past 4 weekly membership fees being paid. They only show the prior 4 payments, not all the payments. I’ve. Even charged $17.99 a week, for the past 10 weeks on an account listed as expired! Care to explain? And then, return my $179.90 you collected from me on an expired account.
My last resort is to cancel my current card, and order a new one! Everyone knows what a pain this is and how time consuming and inconvenient of the whole process! It would be great if you could fix this mess and do the right thing!
