App stopped working

I have been using the app for about a year to clean up and enhance AI creations and it did the best job of any app I had found out there. All of a sudden a couple of weeks ago it simply stopped working. It no longer completes any task you give it. I have tried deleting and re-uploading the app and nothing. It also stopped working on my iPad so I know it’s not just my phone. Since there is no desktop version it’s of no help there and customer service is more like customer no service. Not one of my six emails has been answered. Stay away from this one. They take your money then ignore you if you have a problem.

“Processing.. 15-25mins”

App worked once; never again. I’ve paid 3 times, 3 projects showing as “processing” - get this… it’s been 5 days! Total waste

Spent $ got nothing in return

Was supposed to be a 3 day trial got charged same day for subscription.
Purchased the avatar features 2 different times- got charged instantly been days and still no pictures
Tried emailing company no response
No “instructions” if there is some secret way to download purchases nothing found.

The app just will not work for me. I’ve have tried multiple time to create an avatar and it just says processing. After waiting more than an hour for each try I deleted the app
