Needs to be updated

App is very slow..to many bugs it just needs a different user interface

Login issues

I was recently trying locate a ShotSpotter address that I received notification for. Once I opened the app, it kept prompting me to logon. My credentials werenโ€™t verified or correct. HOW SO? Nothing has changed on my end.

The app is great when it works or if you can get on. Why keep getting notifications as if Iโ€™m logged in, but canโ€™t actually login? Please fix this

Audio Fails to Play on IOS

I downloaded the app and for the first week zero issues with notifications and audio. Within a few weeks I received notifications, but could no longer play and hear audio. Deleting and redownloading the app has not fixed the issue. No signs of any improvement. Unsure if Iโ€™m the only one experiencing this inconvenience.

Are people really this ignorant?

This is an app for law enforcement. It says as much in the description. There are apps for specific types of work forces all over the app stores, why are people so mad about this one?
May I ask what the lay person is going to do if they had the app and saw that there were gunshots in their vicinity? Are you going to go render aid? Are you going to go save the day??? Seriously people. Learn to read. Iโ€™m not in law enforcement (but work in an area where there are COUNTLESS gunshots all day and night) and it doesnโ€™t hurt me in any way, shape, or form to not have access to this app. I am amazed by the stupidity in this world!
