What's New in ShotTraX

4.1.0

October 29, 2026

ShotTraX 4.1 is here, shaped by your feedback. NEW • Dose and injection site: note your dose and where you injected. Choose intramuscular (IM) or subcutaneous (SubQ) and only the sites you use, and ShotTraX suggests where to go next. Prefer not to track sites? Turn it off. • Share your site with the community (optional): your entry in the community log can show where you injected. You can turn this off anytime. • Follow-up reminders: missed a shot? You'll get a nudge that evening and again the next morning. Tap "Mark as taken" right from the notification. • Widgets: see your next shot on your Home Screen or Lock Screen. • Apple Watch: check your next shot and log it from your wrist. • Export your history as a spreadsheet, handy for your doctor. • What's New: a quick tour of new features after each update. IMPROVED • Stealth Mode now explains how to unlock, and you can hold the timer for two seconds to get back in. • Your shot history now records dose and site, and backs up with iCloud sync. Thank you for using ShotTraX. Keep the feedback coming!

Tea timer

I decided to try out the stealth mode and cannot figure out how to get past the tea timer to get into the app.

Indispensable and deeply meaningful

I don’t know where I’d be without this app. I was thrilled to open it today to see that it updated and now goes above and beyond its original, but still incomparable, utilitarian purpose. I love this app so much and the sense of community I feel being able to see other people’s shot log gives me the energy to tackle my own even when I’m not feeling too hot. Thank you to the creator of this app, please know you have given me and I hope others a small, beautiful but bright point of stability that makes me emotional to think about. You have made my life better, easier, but also richer through my own appreciation of the creator of this app and everyone who uses it alongside me. ❤️

Thank you for the beautifully kind words. I am still working on making it even better. 💕🏳️‍⚧️💕 For community, may we all stand together.

Good for tracking date but..

This was the first free and simple way i found to track my shot; however, it doesn't seem to allow you to customize when it sends you the reminder to inject. This would be helpful to stay consistent with shot times, but also, I seem to only get the push notification late at night, like 10pm or later i think, and by that time, if I haven't done my shot, I don't really want to get out of bed and do it. Its a small thing but its one of the reasons i wanted an app like this. I also wish i could turn off the big table of everyone else's shot logs. I'm sure its encouraging for some, but its a bit distracting for me personally.

Don’t know how I missed this feedback until just now, but I will get these features implemented and I should have a new version for you within a week. Thank you for your feedback!

Help!!

I’m very sad that I can’t use this app as I can’t access the continue button at the bottom of the screen to progress off the first page! I have messaged you over on Instagram but no response as of yet! I was looking forward to starting to use this app too!

Ugh

I can’t scroll down to type my name

Response from developer

Hi, this is an issue related to iPhone using zoom view. To resolve go to settings>display and change from zoom to standard view. If you are still not able to use the app properly, please reach out to the developer email listed in the App Store for support.
