PatchDay

Fixed - iCloud sync now uploads data that existed before sync was turned on. Previously, patches/pills/sites created in an older version stayed on the original device and never appeared on your other devices unless you re-edited each one by hand; the app now re-syncs them automatically, once, on the next launch. - Notifications now appear while the app is open (in the foreground). Previously they were silently dropped, which especially affected the Mac app, whose window is usually open — so reminders and the badge never showed. - The Pills list again clearly shows how many of today's doses you've taken (e.g. "Taken today: 1 of 2"). After the SwiftUI rewrite this count was still there but unlabeled and easy to miss; it's now a labeled line with a checkmark once the day's doses are all taken. Added - PatchDay now runs as a Mac app (via Mac Catalyst). Instead of a tab bar, the Mac version uses a sidebar, so Hormones, Pills, and Sites — and Settings — are all reachable from the main window at once. The iPhone and iPad tab layout is unchanged.
