Won’t connect and I have to delete and reinstall app at least once a week. When it does work it’s great.
Bluetooth Connection Issues
The App won’t connect to Bluetooth. I have to delete the App & Reinstall the App & sometimes the Bluetooth Connects & sometimes it doesn’t. Please fix this tech/system error ASAP because I really like the different light shows.

Great! Except they started just coming on randomly
I’ll be in bed asleep, app not running and one or both of my lights will just turn on.. support? Please?
Bluetooth connection failed!
Worked perfect the first 2 days I had it on. Now I can’t get it to connect at all. I have deleted and rebooted many times. Even tried downloading the app on another phone to try to connect. That didn’t work either. Super frustrating that there is no other way to change settings. This needs to be fixed!

Very disappointed!
This worked for one week and now it won’t turn on. Keeps saying Bluetooth connectivity. I tried downloading the app again and no go. Don’t waste your money on this!
Connectivity problems
It has trouble connecting ALL THE TIME. So frustrating when this is the reason you buy these lights. Otherwise I would have bought the much cheaper ones.

Wha happened to the water like efex? BRING IT BACK BRING IT BACK! Regardless i still like it n still kool. Butt I bought some more this yr so add more tripness.
Light won’t connect
The light worked great the first night. Now it won’t connect and just shines bright white with no effect. I tried turning it off/on and deleting/reinstalling the app, but nothing worked. Waste of money and very disappointing :(
It’s doesn’t connect. I have to manually plug-unplug.
I could never get the light to connect to my WiFi. You guys need to work on your quality control and testing before you put something on the market. And I can’t return it because I forgot it was in the At it and so therefore it’s past the statute of limitations. So I plug and unplug my lights every day.

Frustrated
Had no problem connecting & just like clock work every night at 8:00 my lights would go on in the baby room. But as time went on I keep having to delete the app & download again for it to work....so frustrating! When it works it’s beautiful & my 10 month old grandbaby goes to sleep. Mind you I bought this when she was 2-3 months old so loves that it helps her sleep.

Where’s the water feature?
I’m very disappointed in this app. When I first started using the app there was an option that was like water (not sure what it was called and if it was called water) but it looked like this awesome trippy light that moved like water. The other day I went to use it and the option is now gone. Hoping that they will fix this issue, however the feature has been missing for a good amount of time. Very dissatisfying. Rating it 2 stars but it was 5 before this happened.

So easy
We bought the lights on sale after the holidays and decided to set them up for the 4th of July. The app was SO easy to use. We have 2 connected and they’re awesome!
Minimal Options
App works but the options are less than expected. Just seems like they didn't put any thought into it. Things like speed and color fading aren't there
A Step Above Other Kaleidoscopes
Jan 10 2018 - Using an iPhone6 with latest OS, the app works as advertised. I especially like the way you can select or deselect red green blue or white LEDs. So you get a blend of colors on the wall. In future updates it would be cool to see: • A SETTINGS button for author and product info • A MIC sound input to affect the light show to the beat of music. Or sound of someone’s voice into a smart phone!! • Have SLIDER intensity or brightness control of each LED... Dim - Full Bright. This would give a wider variation of projected color. • MOTOR Control Slow - Med - Fast - Reverse - Still.

Super cool
This light and app are easier to hook up than turning on your phone. Just hit the hook up prompt and off you go. Choose from 1-4 light colors any combination of them and choose any of the 8 light show. Then if you want set the timer. It really is easier than making a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. I love this.

I love my show lights!
I keep seeing reviews saying it doesn’t connect. I don’t have a problem with connectivity on my iPhone. I have my lights in my room. The only thing I think is odd is that my lights come on everyday at 6pm without my app.. and I was wondering if I could change the time that it does that to around 8pm? I can’t seem to find that button on the app. I’ve been just unplug them or open up the app and turn them off.

Awesome!
Can’t believe how much control I have with the lights with this app! Colors, Style, power, and a timer to boot! And I’m connected to both lights out in my front yard from inside my warm living room with no problem at all, app open or closed, no problem. Awesome!
The Worst
The Bluetooth connection doesn’t work. You have delete & reinstall the app to get the light to work. I wish there was a manual switch to turn the light on & off. Will not be using this mess next year!
