cumbersome to use
I’m between two palettes (Cool Summer and Soft Winter). The app only lets me view one at a time, which makes it really cumbersome. I need to be able to see and compare both palettes side by side, or at least switch seamlessly without losing my place. Right now, it makes shopping with your app frustrating instead of helpful.

Thank you for your feedback! All 12 seasonal palettes are available in the app, and switching between them takes only two taps. When you change a season, the layout and card positions stay the same—this makes it easier to compare palettes even if they’re not shown side by side. As an alternative, you can also use the Favorites feature to save colors from different seasons into your own custom palette and keep them handy while shopping. We hope this makes your experience smoother!

Mi piace molto, ma secondo me per avere 5 stelle devono migliorare la tipologia di palette in base alle stagioni… quando scegli la stagione ti escono fuori colori che combinano con altre tonalità di pelle, e purtroppo non è molto di aiuto.
E suggerisco ai produttori di creare una guida più dettagliata su come utilizzare l’app.

You do have to pay for extras but the basics are their and for free thank goodness!

I like that I can change my mind.
I wasn’t sure about some of my answers and rethought it. I thought I’d wasted money by guessing wrong but the app changed the extras that I paid for to the correct colors.
Update - as much as I like the way the app worked and it’s great to have colors that feel right to me, I’m not sure why I’d pay for it monthly? I can’t see what else it offers?
