Is this app still supported in 2025? I hung my lights today and the app no longer seems to be working. Can’t connect to my wifi. What to do?
Not working
I’ve had these lights for years and suddenly this year, the app no longer controls the lights. It seems to make them change but I can’t set up anything specific. It just seems to randomly change of I choose a setting or color. Doesn’t do what I have entered.
They don’t sell these lights anymore
Love the lights, app works fine but I can’t for the life of me find anywhere where they still sell the ShowHome lights which means I can’t expand my setup 👎👎👎

Great Product. Talk of the neighborhood.
Plug the lights into a timer and the work great. I can change holiday settings with my phone. I’ve had mine for 3 years and they still work great. I like that they have multiple settings for patterns as well.
Time function needed
The app works ok except that it has no ability to set a time for the lights to come on. It appears that the app is designed for you to turn on at the same time daily, at whatever time you turn it on but I have found the lights on hours earlier.
The Show 1 etc. used to be able to set a mode and time but appear to have lost functionality.

Extremely frustrated
I am extremely frustrated with these lights. Like other reviewers, I feel the idea was great and if it worked properly I would be thrilled. However, you can only set the amount of time you want the lights to go on, not the time you want them to go on and off. But the most frustrating thing, is that I have icicles and C9 lights that have to be controlled as one. Why? They are two different types of lights. It totally ruins the affect. Fix it! We spent a lot of money on these lights for them to be useless.

Older lights not supported
My 2019 lights are no linger supported on the app. I updated it and now it no longer works.
Love the lights, HATE the app
Bought 6 strands in 2018, bought 2 candy cane strands and 2 more strands in 2019 and 2020. The updates on the app do not support the older lights. I don’t understand how there is not a fix for that. Very poor developing of the updates!!!

The lights will go back on after you shut them off and not worth the money timer only works for 4 hours
Would Not Recommend
Hard to navigate app. Not intuitive. No “help” feature to explain procedures or instructions. Worked briefly. Can’t get app to cooperate. Needs to be easier for user.
Needs more predesigned modes
Id like to see more variety in modes or a good tutorial on how to make custom ones.
Bluetooth not connecting to iPhone
It worked one time and I was able to use the app. Since then, I have tried many times by reinstalling the app, power lights off and on but continues to not connect.
What happened to the small snowflakes and little Christmas trees on the app??
I’ve had these for two years now and really enjoy them. However, i opened the app and the small trees and snowflakes symbols have disappeared! How am I supposed to turn them on now Show Home?!?!

Poor connectivity
I have to close anything else using Bluetooth and open the app three-four times for it to actually connect. Once connected , it works well, but the connection is critical.
Horrible App!!
This app does not work! Every time it is opened it tries to reconnect to my Bluetooth and it almost never works! Sometimes if I delete the app from my iPhone and reinstall it it will work, but VERY hit and miss.
Wish I never bought
Lights worked good for about 2 weeks, then all of a sudden the Bluetooth will not connect. We are stuck with rolling Christmas colors. Which would be fine if that’s all they did. But it’s not what we bought them for. Very upset.
Really Bad
This is one of the worse apps I have ever had the displeasure of using. Doesn’t seem to do much most of the time. Why? I don’t think it is working, most of the time.
