Update Broke the App
None of my saved installations are there. All of my custom designs are gone. Edits to scenes don’t get applied. It’s a mess. A hot hot mess.
Was great prior to app update
Was forced to update the app to continue using the lights, now the app is completely bricked and I can't use the lights anyway
Removed App Functionality with Zero Warning
Opened the app to use my lights, app wasn’t working, checked the update log just to find out that was intentional as they have removed support for the lights I own for an unknown amount of time while they work on a “better” app that nobody asked for. Great move guys, I love not being able to use the product I bought. I’ve learned my lesson and will be replacing these with lights that don’t primarily rely on a smartphone app once they wear out.

Lost access to my lights
We had a large Twinkly ecosystem at my house, and after the recent account migration, half of my lights are gone.
I suspect that they probably got migrated into the “pro” account but now I can’t see them in this app.

It could easily have five stars if it wasn’t for the sketchy Alexa connection
This is a great product I use at your round. I got it for my Christmas tree and it’s so fun. I keep it around. Keeping it connected to Alexa is not fun.
