Boost doesn't work!
Information for the researchers - the boost function doesn't seem to work (at least I couldn't get it to) so data about how fast participants were might be skewed by this

Hi, I’m having some difficulty getting back on.
I started the game on another phone. When I moved phones I took my google account with me but non of the other apps.
I downloaded the game again but I can’t remember how I set it up the first time. The first time I found Alzheimer’s uk first and then found the app. But I don’t remember needing a code. Its asking for one now and I don’t know where to get it.

I played Sea Hero Quest years ago and wanted to download for my elderly sister but it seems that you have to live in the UK now. That’s a shame.

How is it possible for someone to play and learn if we have to have a code to play why did y’all change it everyone should be able to play and learn it’s unfair

Je ne comprends ce qu’il faut comme code de participation, donc je ne peux pas entrer dans le jeu
Limité aux citoyens du Royaume Uni
Pour ne pas faire perdre son temps aux utilisateurs potentiels, il serait nécessaire de bien faire comprendre que ce jeu est associé à un projet de recherche dont les participants ne peuvent qu’être citoyens d’Angleterre, d’Irlande ou d’Écosse.
Not sure why you would prevent people from playing
If this data is for research I’m not sure why it makes sense to prevent people from playing until they have a code. At the worst data isn’t but used now but can still be collected and people can still benefit from playing.
You should open back up to the public
I found this game a while ago and it was amazing for me. I don’t have dementia but I have always struggled with directions and spatial awareness and I found this game was great at helping me learn some of those skills. Wish I could keep using it.

El juego está muy bien, me gusta que esté dirigido al alzheimer. Y a mi hija le encanta! Fácil e intuitivo, rapido y simple.
