Rip-off
I feel ripped off by them. I deleted my account, yet my credit card kept being charged. Apparently deleting your account isn‘t enough, which seems like a trick to charge more money. The app itself is quite annoying too. The notifications are constant and have no value. The workouts can be programmed just as easily by an AI - no need to pay for this.

Beware
I signed up for a trial version and paid a card verification fee. A few days later I realised I don’t have time to use the app. I looked everywhere on the app and there was no subscription. I thought there wasn’t one. I didn’t use anything on the app even once. Today I got charged £159 for a year. I’ve contacted the customer service but haven’t had a reply. It doesn’t appear on my apple subscriptions either. I’ll wait for the reply and update the review accordingly.

Been with ShredFast from the start, I left and have came back and after paying the yearly subscription I can’t even log in on my MacBook, using my correct password etc and it’s telling me I need to upgrade and spend more cash after just paying £180 ???? Wtf
Scamfast
Cancelled my subscription immediately after going to one class and not enjoying it via the subscriptions settings on my iPhone. However £159.99 was still taken from my account. I contacted there customer “support” who’s tactic was to reiterate the no refund policy even whilst acknowledging I had cancelled well prior to end of the trial period. I have had a few back and fourth emails before writing this review as I wanted to give the opportunity to do the right thing in my eyes which was simply to refund the money I should never have been charged. There’s nothing in the terms and conditions to warn potential customers that if you cancel in the phone settings (which works perfectly fine for other apps) you will still be charged and no refund will be given. Very sad as to me this is the most basic of customer service unless your intentions are to scam people out of there hard earned money

Good workout but..
Good workouts but be careful if you forget to unsubscribe from the trial. You won’t get one email stating that you are paying , I had 4 months taken from my account without 1 email to let me know .
Free trial with no clear way to stop the renewal
I signed up in December for the 30-day trial that was advertised as free. I was aware that it would automatically convert into a paid subscription if I did nothing – which is precisely why I wanted to stop the renewal in time. However, I only noticed the actual monthly charges of £35 when one payment failed due to insufficient funds; this amount had been taken from my card every month for several months before that.
What I want to describe explicitly as my personal experience: I could not find any clearly identifiable way within the provider’s system to cancel the automatic renewal myself. There was no clearly labelled cancellation button that I could find, and I was unable to locate any understandable instructions for doing so. Because I still wanted to stop the renewal, I eventually removed my payment details with the payment provider – a process I found tedious and confusing, and which apparently did not prevent the charges. The fact that I went to this effort at all shows that I genuinely wanted to avoid the renewal.
Two points from my own records stand out to me: the charges were explicitly labelled as “Free Trial” in the payment overview, and when I later tried to restore a subscription using my registered email address, this was not possible. How the provider interprets this internally, I cannot judge.
In response to my repeated written complaints, I received the same answer each time: a reference to the terms and conditions, the statement that cancellation was only possible via the support chat, and that a refund was excluded. From my perspective, the specific evidence I submitted was not addressed on its merits. To their credit, the subscription was cancelled and the account closed after my complaint.
My personal conclusion: anyone offering a free trial that automatically renews should also provide an equally simple and transparent way to stop that renewal. The fact that cancellation was apparently only possible through a support chat, and that I could not find a clear button for it, strikes me as not customer-friendly. I would advise checking the cancellation and renewal terms very carefully before signing up.
The offered fitness program is very good!

SCAM!! Beware.
They won’t cancel even if you cancel before your payment date and ask multiple times. They are criminals!!
Deleted account and still was billed for a product I never intended to keep or want
If I could give them zero stars I would. Their customer service is the worst. I was billed over $200 for the yearly membership when I never intended nor wanted the product. When I went to customer service to request a refund they said they would not give me my money back as I never requested through their customer support a cancellation of the subscription. I deleted my account well within the trial period and they still would not budge. Just in customer service satisfaction I would suggest to spend money elsewhere.

Hidden subscription
Offer a free trial with little to no information about how to cancel or when the trial ends. As soon as the trial ends they take payment for the full year and you are stuck into the subscription. Refuse to offer a refund. FAQ don’t work either. There it’s not clear on how to cancel. Be careful.
Charged After Canceling Free Trial
Signed up for a free trial, canceled before billing, and was still charged $212.85.
Company refused refund and claimed cancellation steps were separate but this was not clearly disclosed.
Currently disputing with my bank. Be cautious.

Great app with one caveat
Great program so far and great app. For the love of god can we please turn the music off if we want to? I can’t listen to my playlists when working out 😩
Less talking more showing
Great if you want a motivational speaker, if not you end up skipping all the waffle and becoming lost.
2 weeks in
Loving it, all new to me, mainly been doing the 30s but have done a couple of 45s. I have 2 x 10kg which are fine for now, I can definitely feel a change and the Mrs even suggested a visual one so happy days.
Amazing and life changing app
Been on ShredFast since November, this app is honestly life changing. The community is amazing, everyone is only interested in becoming the best version of themselves and helping anyone who needs help. The app itself is very easy to work out and looks class well designed and great layout
Great app, just needs offline mode
Excellent workout program with a user-friendly app. My only suggestion would be to add an option to download the day’s workout for offline access. The reception in my gym is spotty, which means I often have to move around to different areas just to get a strong enough signal to load the exercise.
Good
First off, its a nice looking app, works on iPhone and also iPad the videos are better on iPad than the actual app part which is small - think is designed for phone not ipad - but not an issue. The workouts look well present and will get you in shape. The main issue i have is the price. Over £35 a month and its basically just watching a video of a workout. It’s not interactive.i have used and currently do still use another app and each exercise has the option to switch it out, record you weights and track progress. This doesn’t have that feature. Yes it will log that the video has been played to the end and record that as a completed work out, but no connection with Apple Watch to track calories or anything at all like that. Like i sad the videos look good but other than watching a video and following along it’s not with the hefty monthly fee.

These workouts are no joke!
Shredfast
Absolutely amazing app, instructors are very clear with there information and it is so easy to follow 👍👍👍
Great app
Currently working my way though the beginners course. I think it’s a great programme, all the workouts so far have been tough but great. Each coach runs though all exercises well so you can’t go wrong!
Best program in the market
Shredfast stands out because it focuses on functional strength and real movement patterns. The kettlebell and bodyweight is well thought out, scalable and challenging regardless of your fitness level. One of the best programs I have used to get in great shape.
