(UPDATE: Problem Resolved!) Great content but zero functionality (can’t login!)

UPDATED REVIEW:
Login is finally working again without any errors! Adjusting rating to 4 stars. Would be 5 stars if the app had some increased functionality and ability to add additional bookmarks.

Previous review:
This app was working great up until a week or so ago. Now, I can’t log in at all (and yes, I’m using the correct credentials; trust me, I’ve checked). Constantly receive an error message of “Something went wrong. Please try again!”

One of the worst apps I have ever used

II was NEVER able to open ONE single article. It always shows an error

Not working Iphone 12

I can’t even write a review adequately because the text doesn’t display. I am writing this in notes, copying, and pasting into the review comment section in hopes it will be there when I submit it. The app has never worked on my Iphone 12. Articles don’t load, I can not search for content, and I have gotten a message to refresh and try again for several months. I get push notifications so I can see something helpful to let me know when there is a new article. Clicking it takes me to the app, which I can’t use. I must go to the internet site to view an article of interest that I get a push notification for. I have deleted and installed the app several times. Not fixed after several attempts.

No Webcast-

It’s a good app.

It falls short in a lot of the functions available on the PC Webpage such as your saved articles and Webcast.

It’s much easier for me me to see webcast videos on my phone than on my laptop. I hope this is a feature they can implement in the next update

Worked great when first got app

But now I get notifications for articles and when I attempt to open I get an error message: Error Loading Articles. What’s the use of having alerts and the app when I can’t even get to the articles

Search button

I honestly don’t understand the app if you can’t have a search button to search for particular items. Sometimes I need to search for let’s say salary requirements and there’s no search button

Search option

I am really enjoying this app. However, I think it would be useful to have a search feature to allow us to search for specific topics.

SHRM HR News & Alerts

Seems like a nice app however II found it to be buggy and thus not yet ready for prime time. Unable to remove duplicate topic (Technology). When attempted the app constantly shuts down. Happens regardless of number of topics one picks.
