Start game just spins
Response from developer
I think we have been in contact about this through our support site where I'm pleased to say that the game started correctly when it was retried the next time. I apologize for the initial issue but it seems that installation was abnormal. I hope your ongoing experience merits a higher rating.
Brilliant
This does not work
Works well after emailing support

Thank you for the updated review. To be clear, you should also be able to play your own iTunes playlists because Apple Music will provide the metadata we need. I am updating the App Store description to make the situation clear. Underscores are used to separate discrete responses. ___________ I think we have been in contact via the support email address. If so,as I explained, Apple forced us to move to MusicKit for MetaData instead of MPMediaLibrary which is what we used at the outset and enabled us to manage games based on iTunes data or Apple Music playlists. Without an active, Apple Music subscription, we do not receive all essential MetaData and that would lead to the issues you have described. I will try to update our information on the App Store to make this clear. I have created a more comprehensive explanation at https://www.shufflebingo.com/Announcement.pdf . ____________The following is a response to a previous post that is no longer visible. We developed the code to support Spotify at the start of the year, similar to the support for Apple Music. However, when we approached Spotify to enable the code to go live, they blocked it because they do not allow their platform to be used for games. Therefore, I'm afraid we can only support Apple Music. I can add that we have also enhanced the game to use Apple MusicKit instead of MediaKit that has made a significant improvement to the App's functionality and interface. Please see https://www.shufflebingo.com/Announcement.pdf for further information about the need for Apple Music.
