Connecton problem
Recently, I haven't been able to connect to my Sony a7M4 smoothly. The app crashes unless I open it first before trying to connect the camera. A friend mentioned that the app now needs to display the 'subscribed' screen before it can be fully opened and used. I never experienced this issue in the past.

Can I share to the captured sessions
I i'm having an issue in which I want to share my captures on multiple devices in real time I've been able to get two iPads working, but it feels limited, but I'm not sure if there's a feature me add more than just two devices to share my sessions in real time

インターネット接続無しでトラベルルーター経由でカメラとFTP接続で約5年使用。
今回のアップデートで挙動がかなり変わりました（悪い方へ）
1.先にトラベルルーターからのWi-Fiを掴んでからアプリを立ち上げると、認証する必要が有るのでインターネットへ接続するようにと毎回警告が出てアプリが使用できず。
回避策として、まずiPadのWi-Fi自体をオフにしておく。
当アプリを先に立ち上げて、アプリのクイックアクセスからトラベルルーターを指定して繋げる（先に設定しておかないとダメです）
すると以前と同じように使えるみたいです。
長年使ってきたけど、今回のアップデートは理解不能です。

2026.5.20現在アプリ強制終了使えず
最新のアップデートをしたところipadpro(M1)ではアプリが強制終了し使えない不具合が出ています。アプリ削除し再インストールしても変わらず。使用不可の状況です。至急改善アップデート求む！

今回アップデートした所、アプリを次の日に開くと常に認証しないと使えなくなってしまい、Wi-FiのみのiPad proを使ってますが常にスマホのデザリングで電波を繋ぎネット経由で認証しないと使えなくなったため電波の届かない場所だと認証ができずアプリが使えない状態になってしまいました。最悪の改悪です。この状態だと次のサブスク更新は無しですね。

Excellent tool for serious photographers
As I noted in an earlier review, Shuttersnitch is a 5-star product, though not for the casual or non-tech-savvy user. This is an advanced and highly configurable product with a ton of features. There’s a non-trivial learning curve. Don’t expect to spend 2 mins and be done. But once you’ve got the SW dialed in and configured to play nicely with your unique photographic/network/etc setup, it works flawlessly. As a professional shooter, I use Shuttersnitch to upload in the field from my Z9 via an IOS device to various cloud resources, including FTP sites as well as Dropbox and Google Drive. I’d note that customer support, over on the Shuttersnitch user forum, is outstanding. For a specific kind of user, with specific needs, Shuttersnitch is a must-have app.

このアプリとTP-LINKのトラベルルーターTL-WR902ACでプライベートネットワークを構築してiPad Pro(M4)とGFX 100SIIをFTP接続で繋いで51メガピクセルのHEIFを飛ばして現場で確認しています。
シャッターを切ってすぐに転送が始まり3~4秒で写真が表示されるのでカメラの小さい液晶を覗き込んで確認してもらうことがなくなりました。

RAW+jpeg(basic)で軽いjpegのみカメラのwi-fiで飛ばせばiPadですぐにチェックできるので、ケーブル+PCを使ってテザーするほどでもない場合はフットワークが軽くなる。
簡易的な調整やトリミング、レーティングなども一応できるのでサブスクで使う価値は十分にある。

perfect but...
great app for collecting, editing, captionizing and sending photos to ipad or iphone. but. since ios 18.3 there have been long delays when editing. unfortunately, this was previously possible in real time. and the tools for editing the photos are brutal. would a little more "finesse" be possible?

Bloody hell this is good. I have a Toshiba Air Card and have been using the Toshiba app. But it’s very outdated. I happened to come across this by word-of-mouth and I decided to try it and it’s perfect. Works a treat, and I’ve also found out it can work with my GoPro hero too, which is a bonus. It’s quite a pricey app, but I think there’s a lot of work gone into it. Once my seven days free trial is over, I’ll have to look into deciding if it’s worth it I just wish it with a little cheaper. £27 a year is just too much. Maybe £20 for lifetime would be more palatable. It’s only the price which is holding me back giving it five stars.

Consistently updated for bugs and New Features
Been using Shuttersnitch for years. The developer is dedicated to making improvements and adapting to new cameras VERY quickly and effectively. It’s a great lightweight way to get images on a large screen, wirelessly, and on the fly. Works on Apple silicon Macs, iOS, iPadOS, and even VisionOS. Overall a fast, lightweight but very flexible app.

Aber es geht nicht mehr.
Ich habe ein neues iPad Pro bekommen und unter diesem kann ich keine Verbindung zu den Kameras mehr herstellen.
Das Forum ergeht sich in viel Posts ohne Hilfe
Auf der Website keine Möglichkeit mit den Entwicklern in Kontakt zu treten - die Anleitungen meist noch zur alten Version.

Some Problems with old Hardware :-(
My old iPad and iOS is to old for the newest Version. I got shuttersnitch 5.5.1 on the iPad, but this version ask around each week or month for eathernet Connection to Check the Abo Status. Please can i get a old Version ipa Datei to install Version before Abo. Version 4.2.13 would be nice. I found ipa Version 3.3.1 on my pc but this Version do not sync with my flashair wifi sd Card from toshiba. Would be nice if you can help me. Thanks

Great piece of Software for captioning images on the go
As a sports photographer I was searching for a full iPad-Workflow replacing the laptop. Lightroom mobile does it‘s thing but lacks the ability to add/update most of the IPTC-Data (except of headline, caption and keywords).
This is where ShutterSnitch comes into play. It took me a bit understand how it works and I needed to slightly adjust my workflow accordingly.
One thing I was really missing was added in the latest update: automatic code-replacement without the need to press the button. I asked for this feature a few days ago and now it‘s there.
Now I can add the BIB-Number (or any other text) into an IPTC-Field LR offers, export the image to ShutterSnitch , apply an action that customizes all the metadata (translates the BIB into name, team, etc) ands the image to an FTP-Server in one go.
Also the Code-Replacements are synchronized via iCloud so you can switch between devices easily. And all the files you may have created for a different program are fully compatible
Worth every penny.

Individual image sending progress status
Hi Developer,
Can you please add individual progress bar or status when sending/sharing the pictures to FTP.
For example sending 10 pictures and we can get status like “ sending 2/10 “ or individual progress bar for each images or at least the data size of all images selected and we can see how many data has been sent over the total data like (23mb/109mb) or something similar. Thank you.
