Dissappinting

I’ve found Shuttle to not really work as expected. For example, when I am trying to plan a trip from Mernda to Pakenham, Shuttle suggests that I should take the V/Line from Flinders Street to Pakenham- which isn’t available for that route. The UI is nice though. But for a paid transport app it should be able to do the same things as the free PTV app.

Hi, thanks for using Shuttle. V/Line services do run from Flinders Street to Pakenham, and the PTV journey planner actually suggests that same route too. Therefore, the Shuttle journey planner appears to be working correctly in the case you're describing. Please send an email to david@mazzeoapps.com with additional information.

Looks promising

Although the freedom of choice is nice, feature bloat and UX makes everything convoluted.

> Why is there not just a single search bar on the home page? Why are recent locations not displayed on the search screen?
> Why is the clear button on the top of the screen?
> Why is everything so big? The app can only display 2 paths on one screen.

I can think many ways to improve this but I’ll just stick to the 2~ button intuition the free Apple Maps has, thanks.

The easiest to use, most comprehensive app for Melbourne’s public transport network. No subscriptions, the app just works. Can’t recommend it enough.

Nice app. Easy to navigate and quite useful. Only drawback is the bus tracking system is still not very good. It would be useful if I could report a bus as not being here after 5-10 mins.
