HORRIBLE IDEA!!
The app doesn’t really work. It ‘s supposed to give “live” updates but the whole time the “live update” is stuck in ONE position for 30 minutes. Btw, the pickup location is a LIE! Took a trip from the island to Lagos outskirts and there was NO notification that the bus came to pickup point and left without me until I called to ask why the bus was taking so long. ETA what? Expect your bus 30 minutes after the “ETA”. NOT reliable.

Good idea, Horrible execution
1. For some reason you can’t track the rides arrival time so you’re always left guessing. I’ve waited an hour plus for the bus yesterday under the sun
2. The drivers number is not correctly entered on the app (missing 0 at the start or +234) so that doesn’t work. When I figured it out and called him he doesn’t pick the call. Mix this with the lack of tracking the bus I’ve missed a couple of rides
3. I heard the driver is supposed to call on or before he arrives. This has never happened for me and as stated in the last point he doesn’t even pick calls
4. On my first day using this app, when the ride reached my nearest bus stop, the driver refused to stop and took me from Ikoyi to Phase 1.
You guys need to step up your game - there’s a lot of potential

An absolute life saver for me. Thank you so much for this recent update, feels like most of the issues have been addressed. Although could the select departure date option when booking a ride still be in a calendar format, it aids someone like me who has booked multiple trips have a clearer view of days and dates.

This app and their buses are absolute trash. If you value your health and mental well being please don’t take this bus rather go to the park and enter the normal cabs. They keep waiting for each other on the road not thinking about the passengers and they’ll turn off their AC mid way. You can’t even withdraw money to your bank on the bank if you’re no more interested. I repeat do not use this app and their buses
