Do Not Get !!!
It is 2026 , and everytime you click support ERRORRRR POPS UP !!! Is this even a real company ??? My employees are adding themselves to the schedule how is that possible without admin privileges??? And i can’t find a support e-mail to get help with this !!!
Terrible app to handle your schedule
Apps crashes a lot and there no instant customer service to provide help overall I believe companies should not use this app due to poor management of the service
Bug on the app
When I go into the app and login in,I can’t see my schedule or for an example if I don’t have a shift.its not letting me know whether or not if my coworkers have scheduled me or not and I don’t know if it’s the app and if so,I hope the the Customers of the app can get it fixed.please and thank you!

So many bugs even trying to put a location to find available shifts near me.
Doesn’t work
I can’t get the app to work on iPad but works on iPhone. Apple Support couldn’t figure out why and to try and contact customer support impossible.
The app keeps crashing
The app crashes every time I try to login, I’ve tried restarting the app and iPad, I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled it, nothing works.
Won’t open on iPad
No longer opens on my iPad. Uninstalling and reinstalling didn’t resolve the problem.

Will censor words the app deems inappropriate like the word tampon, even though that is not an inappropriate word.
Bait and switch. No basic features available for free in other services
Unfortunately, the expectations of the software were way over sold to me on a phone sales call. The scheduling system has almost no features in it. Hardly better than a piece of paper and pen. The app has some fancy UI, but beyond that the backend of the scheduling for management is atrocious the system. Is way too expensive for the features that it offers. Much better systems are offered for free i.e. homebase and are way more feature rich.

Helpful but definitely in need of some improvement
This is is incredible helpful for keeping up to date with the shifts being posted and available. However the privacy portion at the beginning when asking to sign in is incredibly buggy. I’m not sure how much the developers of Shyft can do about this, but if I sign into the app using the remember my password feature I expect it to remember me for at least a couple of hours. Recently when I sign in, the shifts don’t even load at all and it just shows nothing while I get the email shifts from my company saying I work that day. If there is anything possible that could be done so I can know when I have my shifts, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

New Log In Update Bugs
The new update requires phone number and a code sent but I have a new phone number and have not had the chance or ability to change it on the app. I am completely unable to log in because i have no access to my old number. I have emailed the shyft support team twice with no response. I need to be able to change my number with the account and log in to my account. App was perfectly fine until this.

helpful but needs improvement
We have set schedules at our workplace, and having the ability to create and add a group of scheduled shifts to the calendar would significantly enhance this app’s usability. Additionally, the option to bulk-select and add these shifts to the shift marketplace would be extremely helpful. Having to enter each individual shift to the marketplace is incredibly tedious when you have a large group of them. i hope this is a feature that is being added soon.

Open communication
It’s a good way to help schedule enough employees, but sometimes it may lack the privacy of the employee’s situation as to the reason they may miss time from work. They do have the freedom to share the reason, but it should not be required to be shared.

Pretty easy to use
I wish there was a way to see who likes or has read your post. If there is I can’t seem to figure it out so that part isn’t as user friendly. Also hate logging in every time and wish there was facial recognition. Otherwise it’s great!

It works great, until i change a new phone and it doesn’t send me notifications anymore, hope you can fix this, thank you.
