Absolutely Unacceptable and Disgraceful
The log in experience is shamefully poor. Multiple attempts and password recovery all failed. When finally logged in, key functions like facilities booking did not work. When physically troubleshooting with SC employees, was rudely told to just log out and log in again.
This is an experience unacceptable even for an app to control my fan at home, much less an organisation that tries to call itself the Singapore Airlines Sports Club. Disgusted and disappointed, and brings shame to the Singapore Airlines name.

cannot login. tried to reset password. went down to sc to ask for help. kept asking to download the App which I already did!
