Where are my messages?
I get a text message that I should open the app and see my important document. There is nothing in the app!!! No message nothing clear to find what I’m looking for. I would give this zero stars, 1 is too kind.
App Usage
Sick is seriously the most convenient and reliable app. Every piece of information you need to know and want to know about your test results are clearly stated and situated.

I couldn’t believe this was real. I got sick and was trying to find any where that I could get Covid tested asap. I search and got it as a place to try. Did an at home rapid test, the PA I got that watched me do the test was great super nice very positive and helpful. I’ve told everyone I know about this service! I would give it 10 stars but there’s only 5.

Doesn’t work
Sick for some reason doesn’t respond or eork for me so the files that my MD sends are not accessible. Probably doing something wrong but I doubt it.
Why do I now need an app for test results?
This wasn’t necessary before and I don’t want to have taking up more space and asking for permissions.
Utterly Useless
The designers and administrators of this app are charlatans and should benefit the community at large by killing themselves.

The test result didn't come when I needed it for my flight and the concierge went above and beyond to make sure i got my result.

The name Sick
I just can’t get over the name Sick. I had to download it to get my covid results and it just casts a bad vibe on the whole experience. You can’t have an app named Sick when people a waiting for medical results. I think I’m gonna have to delete this app cause it feels like a bad omen.
Close to useless
Test taken in LA at Union Station. Test is ‘free’ - no insurance necessary. Results will be emailed! We’ll, results will NOT be emailed, but you’ll have to download an app. Yes, another app. Ok. A day later the app tells you that the results are in, alas, that’s all, the app won’t show the results in any way. There is a message in the app telling you that they need ‘missing’ documents without telling you what documents that would be, which doesn’t matter because the link doesn’t work anyway. I tested this link than on my computer and same same, nothing works. The app wants you to take a photo of ‘the’ QR code- which, hello of course you don’t have and wouldn’t know where to get. Altogether a sad and useless exercise. Better stay away!

The RN staff at Irvine was awesome. He administered the test without any pain at all, compared to other test organizations. Very friendly service and the scheduling/registration was straight forward. There was another female RN there and she was super friendly too. Friendly and super welcoming Irvine test center.

Doesn’t Work
Don’t do it. Airlines didn’t accept the test as “authorized” by the CDC which meant United wouldn’t let us board. We lost all our deposits and never made our vacation destination. USE AT OWN RISK.

Fraudulent organization
Promises delivery, never shows up. Three months later I am still waiting for a refund. Do not engage in business with this company.

For the love of all that is holy please please please save yourself the time, money, and headache and DO NOT USE THIS. The app itself is a nightmare. I get error after error. Also, this is not a joke, I got 30 of the same notifications within a minute. It completely locked up my phone. Customer support is brutal. Please go elsewhere
