Needs update

It won’t let me type and send anymore with the new iOS. I can only send photos.

The mobile version hardly ever works

Seems to work okay on the pc, but the mobile version constantly fails to open and loses my messages—so I have to go on the pc to use it. I’m going to try a different service

So glitchy

I wish they would stop coming out with new features and focus on making it actually work first. The mobile app is terrible, constantly redownloading the app to try to get it to work. Very frustrating.

Terrible App

This app is garbage.

When signing up, it kept telling me there already was an account with my email address, which was untrue. The real issue was with my password length.

I switched to a simpler password, then it asked for my phone number. It took multiple attempts to submit my phone number. The button just wouldn’t work. After it finally worked, it sent me an SMS verification code. I inputted the code, and nothing is happening. The “resend code” button doesn’t work. I closed and reopened the app multiple times, and I’m stuck at the same step.

I tried logging into the website instead, but I get an error message (“GraphQL Error: Cannot return null for a non-nullable field.”), and the page stays blank. Useless.
