Unable to restore purchases

Restoring purchase does not work
Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with Civilization VI on iPhone where I cannot restore my purchased content.
The Restore Purchases button is completely unresponsive. When I tap it, nothing happens—there is no loading indicator, no error message, and no prompt. I am unable to restore either the Full Game or any of my purchased DLC.
I have already tried the following:
* Verified I am signed into the correct Apple ID that originally made the purchases.
* Confirmed I have sufficient free storage on my device.
* Restarted my iPhone.
* Force-closed and reopened the game multiple times.
* Deleted and reinstalled Civilization VI.
None of these steps resolved the issue. Even after reinstalling the game, the Restore Purchases button still does absolutely nothing.
Please investigate this issue and advise how I can restore the Full Game and all of my purchased DLC. If there is a known issue or an account-side problem preventing my purchases from being recognized, I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.

Unable to access purchased game
I bought this game several years ago, however when installing it on my new iPad, the ‘restore purchases’ button in the game doesn’t work and I am unable to play the game. Please be aware that if you buy this game, you may be unable to play it again if you uninstall or upgrade your device.
