Can’t play basic game
I paid for game, but I can play only demo mode. Restore, or refund
iPhone iOS 26 Breaks “Restore Purchases”
Leader Pass restored after a reload of the game, but the rest of the content files are in yellow text. Further, the game cannot connect to 2k servers to add the content - I’m hardly having problems on that score as no other program suffers. Fun replaying the tutorial, but just the base game is too elementary.

PURCHASE TO PLAY
when I downloaded the game it was supposed to be free but after completion of downloading 3GV of the files then when opening the game it runs out to be the trial only or you need to purchase for the game to play

It’s truly insane that this has reported as an issue multiple times in multiple reviews and still is not addressed. I was considering getting arcade for civ 7 but clearly they abandon games so no point making the purchase
Additional Content Won’t Download
As usual there’s an issue with the app download and that equates to being unable to play the game after VII being such an incredible disappointment.

worst game i’ve ever played i open the game they tell me how to move attackers then boom , i have no i idea how to play after, they tell me nothing all i can do is watch as absolutely NOTHING happens… SICK

I was willing to buy the game until it forced me to download it first. Nice waste of energy and bandwidth.
DLC fail to launch
All my previous purchase DLC fail to download with the iPadOS 27 update so all I have now is the base game 😭
Paid no play (work around included)
Already paid for but can't restore purchases. "Pay" for game again (which you can't pay for twice) and that unlocks main game.
For DLC:
I fixed it logging out from app store and then trying download content from game. Game will log back into app store and trigger download. Repeat for each piece of paid content.

Very cryptic
I really enjoyed the game but you cannot actually play it without watching hours of YouTube content on how anything actually works. When you search up an item to understand what it does within the help function of the game; it gives you a definition of what it is, but not how it would be a strategically useful or more beneficial than anything else. it feels like if you search something up it says if you research X it will unlock Y. So you click on Y to see what that is and it says if you research Y it will unlock Z.

Misleading advertisement
I download this game to enjoy playing civilisation six but immediately asked for payment afterwards to play the full game. What’s the point of having it up for free if you have to pay for it?

Love the Civilization series it became my favorite game series in high school basically however this port on iOS is not playable once you populate your civilization much, it becomes unplayable and I couldn’t finish my playthrough, spent money on the game for like an hour of gameplay or something like that but I don’t want a refund, just fix the game plz may God bless you

DLCs Stuck at 0% Download
The game fails to download the in-game purchased content. After paying a lot of money for the expansions the downloads start but get stuck at zero percent permanently. So you don’t receive what you paid for. Please fix this.
