Restricted account for no reason
Save your time and money - don’t use this app!!! Restricted my account I was using for business because of zero reason and support said they can’t help. Horrible company
Has big flaws
Two biggest flaws: #1. You can’t save names of contacts in the app only. #2. When someone’s calls me, my phone doesn’t ring no matter what settings I set. I only see missed calls and have to call them back. When I do, the app uses a stranger number to make the call.
Trash
Doesn’t let me make my account so what’s the point
Error creating account
I can't even create an account. I get a 8293 error.
TOTAL FAIL FOR THIS APP!

Restricted my service without knowing why
I had sent my wife several text to see how my signature came out and was automatically blocked and their support team said they don’t know the reason why and couldn’t restore my service. Ridiculous
okay but the push notifications spam
I’m using this to manage my church calling so I don’t ignore texts or voice on my main line, but can you do something about having your daily tips and tricks as push notifications? i think they’re helpful but i don’t want the distraction of thinking i got a push notification from a real person
Spam
Even with their spam blocker I get about 20 spam calls a day. Now I’m returning calls from people who said they never called me. Junk service. The company then acts like they are surprised by spam on their public facing answer. Totally disingenuous.
Mute Messages
Good app but need to be able to mute text messages and use GIPHY
Worthless
I needed an app to provide me a second phone number for my part time job. I paid for the subscription and set up my account. Before I was even able to make a call or text there was a restricted notification. I reached out to them for help. They told me I violated the terms. I NEVER USED THE APP! So how could I violate any terms and all I did was simply set up my account. They told time to reach out to Apple for a refund. Apple denied my request. So money was stolen on an app that I could not use. Both companies completely failed to provide customer service to right their wrongs.

Great clean app
2nd Line
This is a great app. Everything works as advertised. 💯
Stop
Do not download this app they will charge you $31 even if you stop in the middle of signing up before payment was asked
NOT FREE!!!
$129 a year!!! WTF!?
10 out of 10
Nothing complicated about this! So intuitive, so easy to use! It’s crazy that it’s free! But I’m glad it is!
Great service and always updating
I’ve been using sideline for a few years now. It’s fantastic to keep work/personal calls separate.
The ability to auto send texts to missed calls is worth every penny. It ensures that I respond to every single call that comes in. It’s constantly getting updated and improving the service.

Pretty good service
This is extremely convenient, to have my work phone tied to my personal one. The calls sometimes don’t come through clear though, and sometimes I don’t get images when sent through text. Overall it’s been pretty good for the price
Great 2nd Line App
I’ve been using this app since summer 2020. They’ve gone up in price.. A Lot. But each year they make good changes, especially if you’re an iOS user. They really try to mimic the user functionality of Apple. I do wish they could improve on reactions such as sending emojis and gifs. Other than that. It’s very useful!

Limiting calls
There’s a limit to how many people I can call, it’s frustrating
Expensive but Service is great
It’s a bit pricey to be honest but I rather pay the cost and have something that really works without ads, without pauses, and that it can ring anywhere in the city without wifi. This is great for me and I love using sideline. Oh and calls never drop or fail. Thank u very much
Good for me
It does its intended purpose, cant complain.
