Nothing to protect the seller
Buyer lied about a rattle because he had the bat for 2 days. Bat was in perfect condition when I sent it but now have to pay double shipping.

Make Sales Can’t Get Your Money
The app is fairly easy to use until it’s time to getting your money from selling an item. The app seem to want to easily pass it over to you even though it is rightly yours from an item YOU the SELLER sold. THIS is insane. I’ve never in my reselling life experienced this with an app.

Overall, this is a decent app, but the owners are getting pretty greedy. in particular, taking the price information away unless you pay for the premium subscription is super lame. We already pay very significant fees on both the buying and selling side. Maybe you should have offered lower transaction fees in return for the subscription. A major reduction in the value proposition.
