Dopo l’aggiornamento passa direttamente nella situazione di fuori casa dopo l’accesso. Va nuovamente aggiornata.

Die App ist leider nicht mehr nutzbar, eine Anmeldung ist nicht mehr möglich. Das Passwort kann nicht mehr zurück gesetzt werden ! Der Support ist nicht erreichbar . Die Entwickler Seite ist nicht erreichbar ! Ich dachte ich habe hier ein Produkt eines Namenhaften Herstellers gekauft die 600€ für die 3 Thermostate sind wohl für die Tonne wenn Man die App nicht nutzen kann hätten es auch welche für 30€ getan sorry Siemens das ich enttäuschend.

Unstable app - can’t be trusted
Swiping up to get out of the app (iOS) will often change the status from “Home” to being “Away”!
Also: the mode changes by itself for no reason.
What is going on here?
How can I stay warm when the app keeps changing what I want the temperature to be.

Je me permets de vous contacter car je cherche s il existe une solution pour bloquer les changements au niveau du boîtier et ne pouvoir modifier la température qu au niveau de l appli.

Very poor
Tricky to program and won’t let you set temps below 12 degrees. Easy to swipe app closed in On position by mistake. OK if you don’t mind big bills.

Unacceptable
The app accitendatly turns off or on the thermostat when closing the app. This results in either a house that is heated when is not necessary (at great expense) or in a house that is cold when should be warm (ruined ski weekend). This only why the switch is positioned at the bottom and does not ask for confirmation!
Moreover the scale is completely useless as it does not zoom in at the actual temperature, it always shows the full range.

Viele schwächen
Auf meinem Iphone 13 ist laufend die Anzeige auf einen schmalen Teil am linken Bildschirmrand reduziert und nur durch einen Neustart lässt sich das beheben. Von Siemens könnte man mehr erwarten, ich hoffe das es schnell einen Update gibt.

Leider kommt man beim “Schließen” der App sehr oft auf den Schieberegler Home - Away. Man muss die App auf der Seite der gewünschten Einstellung schließen.
Wenn man nicht aufpasst, verändert man ungewollt die Einstellung.
In der IPAD App funktioniert die dritte Seite nicht. Man kommt auch nicht auf die erste zurück.

Compte Propriétaire VS Thermostat supprimé
Bonjour, je me permets de vous contacter car nous avons un problème avec votre Smart Thermostat RDS 110. En effet celui-ci, lorsque nous utilisons l’application depuis le compte Propriétaire, n’est plus visible… alors qu’il l’est toujours sur un compte Invité. La problématique est qu’il est impossible de le rajouter une nouvelle fois sur le compte Propriétaire en scannant le QR Code - celui-ci serait déjà présent dixit l’App - et que nous ne pouvons pas modifier le calendrier par exemple. Depuis le compte invité nous n’avons pas les droits. Quelle est la solution ? Merci pour votre retour. Bonnes fêtes de fin d’année

Thanks for your feedback. The Italian language is available on our app: you can simply change the language by selecting the menu button ("hamburger button") in the upper left corner > Account > Language > Italian
Please fix the home/away button location
The home/away slider is at the bottom of the screen and when you close the app on iPhone it will switch to away and turn off the heat.

Comunico che la app non è molto accessibile per lo screen reader dei non vedenti. Pertanto non ho potuto utilizzare al meglio la demo per testarla. Peccato attendo il prossimo aggiornamento.
Thermostat Zeitplan funktioniert leider nicht (immer?)
Eigentlich bin ich mit der App soweit zufrieden. Aber: aus irgendeinem Grund funktioniert der Zeitplan nicht, bei beiden Geräten. Ich stelle die drei Stufen, Comfort - Economy - Unbelegt, die ich vorher mir Temp. Werten Versehen habe, auf meine Wunschzeit ein (mehrfach, gelöscht, neu aufgesetzt etc.) und leider gehe ich zu den gesetzten Zeitpunkten an meine beiden Thermostate und es steht erstaunlicherweise immer auf der hohen Comfort Temperatur. Auch Geräte Neustarts helfen nicht. Was kann da los sein @Siemens?

L’associazione della App al dispositivo è mancante di help in caso di comportamento anomalo. Il messaggio di errore è sempre lo stesso e riguarda la connessione, l’alimentazione e la univocità del dispositivo utilizzato. Inoltre, sono presenti 2 voci: crea account e attiva account. La voce attiva account non è descritta nella documentazione a corredo.

Application très peu maintenue.
Aucune évolution.
Et dernièrement la modification du paramétrage du planning ne fonctionne même plus sur l’application mobile...et n’a jamais été possible directement sur l’appareil.
En clair trop brouillon, compliqué et peu évolutif ce thermostat.

The app is great but desperately needs 3rd party integration
I purchased this thermostat as it was the only smart thermostat on the market that supported our 240V Australian power supply. I love the app but the inability to control it with anything else is a huge dealbreaker. I have went through the ClimatixIC developer API and the documentation is extremely confusing. For Siemens, the development of this platform seems like an afterthought with even KNX products being far more “smart.” I would even like a better API or KNX integration to work with smart home systems, making the system far more appealing. For a 600 AUD product the lack of ANY 3rd party integration or somewhat decent API seems absolutely staggering to me with non-smart branded Siemens ovens working far better with platforms such as Home Connect. The app might be good but Siemens lack of any functioning API or 3rd party support is nothing short of astonishing.

Fonctionne très bien, mais le programme horaire thermostat doit s’améliorer, le chauffage chauffe alors que c’est réglé en inoccupé. Le programme n’est pas toujours suivi.

Dear Hicham, even in "Unoccupied" mode, your thermostat may still need to heat, depending on the set point you use for that mode. You can change this set point in the mobile app. Also, your time program can be overruled, if you have presence detection or geofencing enabled.
