The position of At Home and Away buttons are still terrible. Closing the app often change the state of them. Please move them a little upwards.

Dopo essere riuscito a collegare l'app al termostato perde dopo poco il collegamento. Ho scaricato di nuovo l'app da Apple Store vaie volte ma continua a scollegarsi. Utilizzo la versione 2.1.1947 con iOs 18.6.2 Potete provvedere?

Asi žiadna aplikácia má nevytáča tak ako táto. Chcem pridať teplotu a stačí aby som ťukol prstom len trochu mimo tlačítka + a termostat sa okamžite prepne do módu opustiť domácnosť…. A ani po toľkých rokoch to stále nie je opravené

Dopo l’aggiornamento passa direttamente nella situazione di fuori casa dopo l’accesso. Va nuovamente aggiornata.

Die App ist leider nicht mehr nutzbar, eine Anmeldung ist nicht mehr möglich. Das Passwort kann nicht mehr zurück gesetzt werden ! Der Support ist nicht erreichbar . Die Entwickler Seite ist nicht erreichbar ! Ich dachte ich habe hier ein Produkt eines Namenhaften Herstellers gekauft die 600€ für die 3 Thermostate sind wohl für die Tonne wenn Man die App nicht nutzen kann hätten es auch welche für 30€ getan sorry Siemens das ich enttäuschend.

Unstable app - can’t be trusted
Swiping up to get out of the app (iOS) will often change the status from “Home” to being “Away”!
Also: the mode changes by itself for no reason.
What is going on here?
How can I stay warm when the app keeps changing what I want the temperature to be.

It used to work fine
Now constantly the device disconnects for no reason.
Given the cost to by the thermostat I would never ever buy this device again.

Very poor
Tricky to program and won’t let you set temps below 12 degrees. Easy to swipe app closed in On position by mistake. OK if you don’t mind big bills.

Unstable app! I have to close it and run it again!! I shouldn’t buy the Siemens RDS110 and.. This is a very poor app for Siemens..

Home screen
If you have more than one thermostat on your home screen, you cannot see the status of its thermostat. You have to click one by one in order to see the set it and the present temperatures.
Shame…
A very expensive thermostat, which reset one time a month! That’s Simens?

This app needs an urgent update! So sad because siemens thermostat is an excellent device

Maybe the server is down. I'm not able to connect. I have done everything. Nothing works.

It often loses its defined screen size in my mobile and have to delete app and reload in order to be able to use it. An update version is eagerly required!
Unacceptable
The app accitendatly turns off or on the thermostat when closing the app. This results in either a house that is heated when is not necessary (at great expense) or in a house that is cold when should be warm (ruined ski weekend). This only why the switch is positioned at the bottom and does not ask for confirmation!
Moreover the scale is completely useless as it does not zoom in at the actual temperature, it always shows the full range.
