Katastrophe!

Die App ist leider nicht mehr nutzbar, eine Anmeldung ist nicht mehr möglich. Das Passwort kann nicht mehr zurück gesetzt werden ! Der Support ist nicht erreichbar . Die Entwickler Seite ist nicht erreichbar ! Ich dachte ich habe hier ein Produkt eines Namenhaften Herstellers gekauft die 600€ für die 3 Thermostate sind wohl für die Tonne wenn Man die App nicht nutzen kann hätten es auch welche für 30€ getan sorry Siemens das ich enttäuschend.

Unstable app - can’t be trusted

Swiping up to get out of the app (iOS) will often change the status from “Home” to being “Away”!
Also: the mode changes by itself for no reason.
What is going on here?
How can I stay warm when the app keeps changing what I want the temperature to be.

Tricky to program and won’t let you set temps below 12 degrees. Easy to swipe app closed in On position by mistake. OK if you don’t mind big bills.
