Terrible app
If your kids phone is hooked up to your Apple ID through the family plan. And the digital id won’t work, or let your kid login to the Sienna app, make sure the screen settings on your phone and your kids phone are set so the app is unrestricted. This app is garbage. Nothing should be this difficult to set up and get functional.

Doesn’t Work
The app doesn’t work for me anymore. Emailed Alosant and then they gave me another email to “unlock my account” but never happened.

Hard to use and bad customer service
Garbage
This app is truly garbage. Initial emails for account creation didn’t arrive. Password reset doesn’t work. The phone number for support is disconnected. It can’t get much worse.
